Who we are

This website is operated by INTC ("INTC", "we", "us", "our"). We build mobile apps, web platforms, and AI agents for small businesses. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].

What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. Currently, that happens in one place: the contact form on our homepage. When you fill it in, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The type of project you're enquiring about
• Whatever you write in the message field

The contact form does not submit to a server or database we control. Submitting it opens your own email client with the details pre-filled, addressed to [email protected]. The data only reaches us if you then choose to send that email, and it's handled the same way as any other email we receive.

We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this website.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which will see the IP address of the device making the request. We don't control what Google does with that beyond what's described in Google's own privacy policy. No other third-party services, trackers, or advertising scripts are used on this site.

How we use your data

We use the information you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead with a project, to deliver that work. We don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for, and we don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and client emails for as long as reasonably necessary, generally for the length of any working relationship plus a period afterwards for legitimate business and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time; see "Your rights" below.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data
• Ask for a copy of your data in a portable format
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you think we've mishandled your data
